Thirty years ago Volkswagen’s GTI revolutionized the concept of affordable and accessible high-performance motoring. This year Volkswagen unveiled the R GTI at the 2006 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Earlier today, Honda revealed a prototype Civic MUGEN Si Sedan, which was prepared by legendary Honda tuner MUGEN, at the SEMA show. The 2007 Civic MUGEN Si Sedan is equipped with a high performance suspension, forged aluminum wheels, aerodynamic body styling and a sport exhaust system.

Honda today announced pricing for its all-new 2007 Civic Si Sedan at the SEMA show. Going on sale tomorrow November 1st, the 197-horsepower Civic Si Sedan will have a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $21,290 (not including $595 for destination and handling).
