Aston Martin confirms Ulrich Bez will stay

Not long after the announcement that Ford had sold Aston Martin to a consortium led by David Richards, founder and chairman of Prodrive, Aston Martin announced that its current chief executive, Dr. Ulrich Bez, will remain has the brand’s Chief Executive. Prodrive’s David Richards will be join Aston Martin’s board as a non-executive chairman.

Aston Martin also confirmed that it will remain at its production facility at Gaydon in Warwickshire, which has a current workforce of 1,800. However, Aston Martin’s new owners are likely to add at least 200 more workers as it expands its activities.
