February 21, 2007 11:33PM by Michael Savio
Back in October, Volkwswagen announced four special edition models for 2007. One of those was a special edition GTI called the Fahrenheit GTI. VW announced that the exclusive Fahrenheit GTI has arrived at dealerships.
The Fahrenheit GTI features a bright orange paint job that will turn heads, and also includes “Fahrenheit” badging and its vehicle number on the three-spoke steering wheel. The special edition GTI also gets a European sport-tuned suspension; 18-inch alloy wheels, heated leather sport seats, a sunroof, Fahrenheit orange interior accent trim and Fahrenheit orange stitching on the floor mats, DSG boot, brake handle and steering wheel.
This special edition GTI has a starting price of just $27,665, and is only available with the DSG transmission.
The Fahrenheit GTI is limited to only 1,200 copies, so get to your VW dealer fast.
