To celebrate the success of the Corvette in sports car racing — and specifically its success in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, General Motors will produce a limited series of just 250 ‘Victory Edition’ Corvette Coupes. Corvette Racing has won over 50 races, including five class wins at the 24 Hours of Le Mans between 2001 and 2006.

The Victory Edition Corvette will be available in either Black or Velocity Yellow Tintcoat with Competition Grey wheels. The interior features two-tone leather seats with Corvette flag emblems and contrasting stitching (ebony and red theme for the black cars or ebony and titanium grey for the yellow cars). Both interiors feature Competition Grey door sill plates, a carbon-look interior trim package and a unique, numbered ‘Victory Edition’ badge.

The Victory Edition Corvette features a DVD Navigation System, a Luxury Package, heated seats, a memory package, a heads-up display including G-force meter, auto-dimming inside rear view mirror and a Bose 7-speaker sound system.

Every Corvette Victory Edition will get a numbered car identification interior badge. The Corvette Victory Edition will be available in Europe at the beginning of March 2007.
