Spy Shots: 2009 Nissan GT-R testing in LA, with video

Over the last few days, we’ve brought you pictures of the 2009 Nissan Skyline GT-R during testing. First, the Nissan’s supercar was caught fueling up in New Mexico, and then it was caught on the California freeways near Nissan’s former U.S. headquarters.
Now, after a several days of stakeouts, Edmunds captured some new spy shots and the first spy video of the Skyline GT-R during testing in the U.S. Like we saw when the Skyline GT-R was testing at the Nurburging, it has its Porsche 911 Turbo always in tow.
While the interior is shrouded in camouflage, Edmunds was able to pick out a set of steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters, which means this GT-R is equipped with an automatic, or a dual-clutch DSG-like gearbox. We’re hoping for the DSG.
Nissan will stage the world premiere of the Skyline GT-R at the 2007 Tokyo Auto Show this fall.
