Spy Shots: Toyota Land Cruiser and Lexus LX 570

Toyota’s flagship SUVs — the Toyota Land Cruiser and Lexus LX 470 — haven’t been restyled for nine years — but spy photographers caught the replacements during testing. While Toyota’s SUV duo will update the reserved styling of the current models, don’t expeced any radical changes. However, from these photos it appears the next Lexus LX will feature more unique styling. While the exterior changes will be modest, the interior will get a significant upgrade.
Another big change is expected under the hood where Toyota’s new 381-hp 5.7L V8 and new six-speed automatic from the new Tundra will provide motivation. Markets outside of the U.S. will also be available with other engines.
