Ford Motor dropped from second to fourth in the U.S. auto sales in November as its sales slid by 10 percent, not only dropping behind Toyota but also falling behind DaimlerChrysler. Toyota’s sales climbed 16 percent to move it in the No. 2 spot, and DaimlerChrysler’s Chrysler Group posted a 3 percent rise and DCX’s Mercedes-Benz brand posted a 20.8 percent increase.

Toyota outsold Ford by more than 14,000 units in November to take the No. 2 U.S. spot for the second time this year. Toyota is expected to keep that ranking on a more permanent basis in 2007 as Ford continues to cut production as part of its restructuring.

DaimlerChrysler outsold Ford by around 5,000 units in November.

What is happening whit the most charismatic American motor marque??? Why Ford is numer one in Europe and now dropped to fourth in its own country???
Why the American giang do not launch models such as the new Focus, new Mondeo, the wonderful m.p.v. S - MAX and the small nice Fiesta?? Come on Ford!
