Spy Shots: 2007 Chevrolet Silverado
June 12, 2006 8:45AM by Michael Savio
The next-generation 2007 Chevrolet Silverado has finally been taken out of the bag. The new Silverado was snapped by an extremely patient spy photographer during a commercial shoot.
While riding on the same GMT900 platform as the General’s new SUVs, the new Silverado sports a unique front fascia not seen on the Tahoe, including stacked headlamps and a lot more chrome.
The next-generation Silverado is expected to debut this fall, with production starting as early as October.

I wish GM had put the Tahoe front end on the Silverado. The Tahoe front end is much better looking than this. A little too much chrome and the staked headlights just don’t look as good as the Tahoe.

I agree the Tahoe front end would have been better. What’s up with the Explorer/VW chrome bar on the bumper?

I think it always takes time getting used to new models, but I think it is time for chevrolet to kick the habit of making trucks that you have to get used to in order to appreciate. C’mon GM
